Going the extra Mile for customer satisfaction...

It’s always nice to receive positive feedback and it can go a long way with helping a business to prosper. Here I wish to share with you a piece left for Ryan, our County Durham Franchisee.
‘I was in Edinburgh with the Rolls-Royce Enthusiasts Club on their recent Round Britain Tour. The tour organiser had been loaned a brand-new Rolls-Royce Extended Wheelbase Phantom by Rolls-Royce Motor Cars. It was not clean and I set myself a mission to get it cleaned when we arrived at Ramside Hall in Durham.
I called Ryan and left a message for him at 06:45. He called me back when he could but his day was full. Understanding my problem but without know the vehicle involved, Ryan went to great lengths to accommodate me and kept in contact throughout the day.
At 4.30pm Ryan arrived both to mine and his delight. He set about the Phantom and returned it to as new! I also had a humble Tiguan for him to clean. When he had finished and presented his invoice, he had done himself a major injustice.
Ryan did not know of me before. He turned out for me having already had a full day already, to clean two vehicles and made my day. I paid him double. That, is not being flash but appreciating the superb service Ryan provides.
